Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Symatecno handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or make a business inquiry.

Last updated: 16 August 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Symatecno website and information submitted through its contact channels. It does not govern independent websites, platforms, or services linked from our site.

2. Information we collect

Our contact form requires your name, company, email address, inquiry type, and message. Country and phone number are optional. We may also receive information you include in correspondence and technical information such as device, browser, approximate location, referring page, and website interactions.

  • Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, or unnecessary personal information in the message field.
  • We collect analytics information only as described in our Cookie Policy and according to the applicable consent setting.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, assess potential distribution or channel relationships, communicate about requested services, operate and secure the site, understand site performance, maintain business records, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Service providers and website hosting

We may use providers that process information on our behalf for contact-form delivery, website hosting, infrastructure, security, and analytics. The contact form is processed and delivered through Web3Forms, which receives the information you submit so it can route the inquiry to us. Providers may process information under their own service terms and privacy documentation.

5. Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-TH591RYK0E through Advanced Consent Mode. The Google tag loads after the applicable consent state is established. If analytics is denied, analytics cookies and full measurement are disabled, although Google may still receive consent-state and cookieless measurement pings. If advertising measurement is denied, the corresponding advertising cookies and full measurement are also disabled, although consent-state and cookieless measurement pings may still be sent. Google may process device, interaction, and approximate location information as permitted by your selection.

We also use Microsoft Clarity, project ID y35jp7404w, to understand use of the site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays so we can improve usability and performance. Microsoft may process device, browser, approximate location, page, click, scroll, and interaction information. Clarity masks content entered in form fields by default. We pass the site’s Analytics and Advertising Measurement choices to Clarity through Consent API V2. When analytics storage is denied, Clarity does not use analytics cookies and provides only limited cookieless measurement. When advertising storage is denied, Clarity does not share data with Microsoft Advertising. Microsoft processes information under its own privacy documentation.

6. When information is shared

We may share relevant information with personnel, service providers, professional advisers, and business partners when reasonably necessary to handle an inquiry. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganization. We do not share information merely for unrelated third-party marketing.

7. Cross-border processing

Symatecno works across Latin America and uses providers that may operate in other countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your country, where privacy rules may differ. We take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances when arranging such processing.

8. Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including follow-up on business inquiries, recordkeeping, dispute management, security, and applicable obligations. The period varies with the nature and context of the information.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Rights may be subject to legal conditions and exceptions. You may also contact the relevant privacy authority.

11. Children’s privacy

This business-to-business website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, please contact us.

13. Policy updates

We may update this policy as our website, practices, or requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision. Material updates will be presented through an appropriate website notice when warranted.

14. Contact us

For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected]. Please describe your request and your relationship with Symatecno so we can respond appropriately.
